If you have been sick, it is important that you don’t put your fellow team members and their families at risk.
- If you are NOT fully vaccinated, you MUST NOT return to Mercury until you are cleared to do so.
- If you ARE fully vaccinated, you may be able to return to Mercury as soon as you are feeling better
- Any decision to come back to work should be based on the advice of your doctor.
- You should talk with your Value Stream Champion to determine when you can return to work
