Mercury continues to follow the Massachusetts guidelines in responding to COVID-19. This includes guidelines for travel to and from Massachusetts. On March 22nd, 2021, Massachusetts replaced the MA Travel Order with a Travel Advisory.
The Travel Advisory states that all visitors and returning residents entering Massachusetts are advised to quarantine for 10 days upon their arrival. There are some exceptions and you can get all the details here
Note that if you are fully vaccinated (and have no symptoms), you do NOT need to quarantine upon returning to Massachusetts
While the MA guidelines are no longer mandatory, Mercury urges you to consider the following when you travel:
- When travelling internationally, additional restrictions can be found here
- Consider delaying your travel plans until you are fully vaccinated. Getting vaccinated will make travelling safer for you and others
- By following all health guidelines when you travel, you reduce the risk of illness for yourself and your fellow Mercury teammates
